Venue Features

This retreat will take place on the tropical paradise island of Koh Samui in Thailand, where warm turquoise waters meet soft white sands and swaying palm trees.Fans of The White Lotus will know that this was the luxurious setting chosen for the filming of season three - and it’s not hard to see why!Quite simply, it is the perfect place to escape the January blues and unwind into a deep state of bliss.Koh Samui is a very safe, tourist-friendly destination which is easily accessible from most countries. Simply book your flights to Samui Airport and we can arrange a pick-up from there directly to the retreat (about 40 mins drive).

We strongly believe that the vitality and quality of life are directly influenced by the food you consume which impacts your energy levels.You will be served three meals a day with a variety of healthy and delicious options, infusing both Thai and international influences, which:• Are based on Ayurvedic health principles• Are homemade and unprocessed• Use natural, local ingredients wherever possible• Contain no refined sugar• Contain no iodised salt• Contain no MSG or related products• Use only stable and healthy oils/fatsWe try to cater for a wide variety of diets, displaying all possible allergens, give raw and vegan options while also catering for those who like to eat fish and dairy.
