Best yoga retreat EVER!!!! La Dolce Vita retreat was the most incredible and magical week! This was my second Dreamy Retreat and I honestly couldn't recommend it more! The villa was absolutely drop dead gorgeous, the food was outstanding and Sanya is the best organiser and yoga teacher. Can't wait to do it again next year!

I loved it all. Sanya is a great yoga teacher and took great efforts with the 13 classes that she taught, all linked to the Chakras and the theme changing daily. Aside from the yoga, there were some fun trips out of the villa to see more of Sicily. The venue was very clean. The rooms were well appointed, with big clean rooms and comfortable beds. There was an abundance of fresh local fruit, nuts and vegetables which was freely available along with water and herbal teas. The food was exceptional, a feast for the eyes and did not disappoint. The staff at the villa were very obliging. The venue played calming music all day which instilled serenity. The pool and the outside seating areas were beautiful. I would visit again. The only suggestion I have is that perhaps it would be even better if the towels in the rooms were changed mid week; I had up to 3 showers each day because it was so hot and I normally change my towels twice a week at home, so that amendment would be welcomed by me. Wow! I have actually just had one of the best weeks away this year with an incredible group of women at one of most beautiful Locations in Sicily. The photos looked good but it’s so much better in real life. Sanya puts so much thought, love and fun into the entire week with her morning yoga, meditation and breathwork, arranging amazing activities which are all optional and unique experiences. The food was next level with so many daily choices of fresh fruits vegetables and fresh pasta. No one was every hungry! I would 100% recommend one of Sanya’s retreats to anyone as she makes them very special and creates a strong community.

Everything my heart and soul needed 💙 Sicily was my 4th dreamy retreat, you think I would be used to the magic that Sanya creates by now, but honestly she never ceases to amaze me. The location was out of this world. A converted massaria, with the friendliest staff. A gourmet menu produced with local organic produce morning and night. An envy enduring list of optional events including: beach clubs, freshly made pizza under the stars and a vineyard party. And the most inspiring and at the same time hysterical group I've ever encountered. But the magic well and truly comes from Sanya and her sparkle. The effort, energy and love put into each moment of the retreat. The connectivity she brings in her classes combining spirituality, varying levels of postures and always the best beats! And the care she takes with each guest (because yes, there is often a lot of pain behind the hearts of those there). I traveled with a friend, who had never been to one of Sanya's retreats before and it's safe to say she is well and truly converted. Thank you beyond words for a week that soothed my heart, nourished my soul and had me in stitches laughing more times than I can remember. Already dreaming of the next one. Hasta pronto

Croatia trip for a yoga beginner! A lovely mix of yoga and social. The group were fun and the destination was lovely. Some great activities and dinners were in the itinerary too. Sanya is an excellent teacher. Thanks.
